Refund policy
At Anaia, we want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order, you can enjoy hassle-free returns of any full-priced item for store credit, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping cost for items unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or our error.
Please note:
- Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- If you receive the wrong item or believe your item has a fault, please contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@anaia.com.au with your order number and images of the fault. Our team will work promptly to resolve your issue.
